Cirencester Town 5 - 1 Westfields FC
The Centurions entertained WESTFIELDS FC at The Talent Hire Stadium in their second home fixture of 2026 and, after a goal-less first period, the game burst into life after Cirencester opened the scoring and the visitors equalised 7-minutes later before a three goal burst, followed by a converted ‘added-time’ Penalty Kick for the hosts, put the game to bed – with Harlie Price adding four more goals to his season’s tally.
On a dull day the game started at a brisk pace as both sides looked to take the initiative with early chances at both ends but neither able to convert and despite plenty of pace and effort it remained goal-less at the interval.
The second half continued in similar fashion until shortly after the mid-point when HARLIE PRICE headed a Jonty Welch cross in off the left post to open the scoring but seven minutes later ZAC POWELL levelled with a superb strike.
The response from Cirencester was a three-goal burst in ten minutes as Fraser Bell provided a couple of crosses to the far-left post for THEO JEREMY and HARLIE PRICE to convert – a superb strike and headed finish respectively - and a HARLIE PRICE free kick that crashed against the post on its way into the net.
The final action of the match was a Penalty Kick that was awarded when Jack Freeman was tripped as he worked his way into the box – HARLIE PRICE stepped forward to add his fourth from the Penalty Spot with a firm finish.
