In August 2017 an historic moment arrived for Cirencester Town Football Club and the local community, when the 3rd Generation artificial pitch at The Corinium Stadium was completed.
This exciting new development will further enhance the excellent facilities at The Corinium Stadium with available usage all year round. In addition, the facility will help create and develop a ‘hub’ of local community activity and deliver a facility for our Town to be proud of, with more social inclusion and health benefits for all.
The installation of the 3G pitch at The Corinium Stadium was made possible through funding from the Football Foundation and the football Club allowing us to provide a community hub for all to enjoy.
Our Third Generation (3G) pitch is one of a kind thanks to the generosity of Tiger Turf who installed the pitch. Our pitch has the latest technology and comprises a carpet of 40mm deep fibres with an infill base of sand topped with PRO-gran - a brand new type of infill that is 100% safe for the players and the environment. This surface is considered to play with similar characteristics and equally as safely as a good natural grass surface. It is tested annually to ensure it meets the exacting standards as set out by the FA.
All enquiries are welcome from recreational to corporate use.
The pitch is available to hire by the hour with both full and half pitch slots available from 9am, up to 10pm (subject to availability) – please complete the booking form below.

Due to the pitch being a 3G surface, you'll only be allowed on the pitch with the correct footwear! Be sure to wear Moulded studded boots that have either plastic or rubber studs ONLY.
