Town continue to recruit juniors to play on the artificial pitch

05 June 2017 at 14:13

As reported in the Wilts and Glos Standard

THESE are exciting times at Cirencester Town FC with the new £500,000 3G pitch expected to be finished by next month.

The artificial pitch allows the club to accommodate many more teams so it is looking to expand both the junior and ladies' sections.

We would welcome new players from 6 to 14 years old – both boys and girls.

The club's successful U16 girls' team are also looking for new players and we would like to recruit adults to join the ladies' first XI.

If you have a son or daughter who wants to join a great community football club where all coaches are qualified to FA standards, please send an email to with all your details and she will let you know the next steps.

Additionally, if you are a parent who wants to get involved with coaching or wants to run a junior team please let us know and we will pay for you to get the qualifications required.
