Another tight game with 'The OD's'

Pitching In Southern League
Division 1 Central
Cirencester Town 2 - 2 AFC Dunstable
At the end of an entertaining game at The Talent Hire Stadium, that had quick passing football, goalmouth action, a missed Penalty Kick and a late equaliser, there was nothing to separate the sides as honours were even.
The Centurions opened the scoring within two minutes of kick-off as FELIX MILES struck a firm shot inside the left post but ten minutes later it was all-square as ARNOLD MATSHAZI evaded a challenge in the home box before tucking his effort inside the post.
By the mid-point of the first half the game was being played at a fast pace, with quick passing football, as the sides went ‘toe to toe’ and during the lead-up to the interval it took two ‘close-range’ saves from Stuart Nelson to prevent the visitors from taking the lead.
Play continued in like manner after the break with Ben Whitehead firing narrowly wide of the far-post and a Cirencester Penalty Kick striking the bottom of the right post before REEGAN MESSENGER headed a corner kick into the net at the back post early in the final quarter.
The visitors responded positively to the setback and three minutes from ‘time’ ARNOLD MATSHAZI diverted a cross into the net to level and during ‘added-time’ another close-range save from Nelson denied them a winner following a deflection.
