The Centurions returned to Radcot Road to face WANTAGE TOWN in the Semi-Final of THE JIM NEWMAN CUP, organised by hosts CLANFIELD 85, and after a battling performance obtained a narrow victory to move into the Final.
In their previous round Wantage - who will be playing their football in Division One of the Hellenic League again this upcoming season - secured a narrow 4-3 victory over HIGHWORTH TOWN.
Cirencester were severely tested in the first half but it was all square at the interval

The second period was also very tight but on the hour U18’s player CHRISTIAN OLIVER broke the deadlock with a superb low shot into the corner.
