Jon is an accomplished wide midfielder, who re-signed for the club in September 2011.
The 22-year-old was part of the Great Britain university side that finished second at the World Student Games in China recently and has previously played in the Blue Square Premier for three seasons with Forest Green Rovers.
This is his second spell at Ciren, having first signed for the club in August 2007 under then manager, Adi Viveash. In February 2008 Jon then signed for Chippenham Town and subsequently moved on to Clevedon Town the following season. In September 2008, he also started as a student at Hartpury College.
Jon had spells at Swindon Town, Reading and Bristol Rovers youth set ups before playing for New College Academy in the 2006-07 season, when he also had a short spell playing for Leyton Orient Reserves.
