With views over the pitch The Boardroom offers a smaller venue for one on one sessions or interviews, and training sessions for up to 16 delegates. Widely used by local clubs and societies for board and trustee meetings, the room can be set up 'boardroom' or 'class room' style, with access to the internet, and faxing services, as well as ample room for flip chart presentations and mid meeting refreshments.
The Corinium Bar
'A separate conference suite, or ideal for venue for your delegates to enjoy catering and refreshments'
A large 'L' shaped room, ideal as a separate location for refreshments on arrival and lunch. Providing a more relaxed environment, with double doors opening out onto a seated patio area. The room provides an excellent conference entrance hall, with ample room for sponsors boards and stands, registration and meeting points, alternatively the Corinium Bar can be used as presentation room with a more relaxed atmosphere.
The Bar can be opened for mid meeting or post meeting drinks, snacks or refreshments at your request. Provision can also be made for pre meeting breakfast to be provided (details on request).
The Barbican Suite
'An ideal venue for any meeting, conference, or seminar'
The Barbican suite is the largest of the 3 suites with a capacity for up to 120 class room style. The room is widely used for a variety of purposes from meetings and conferences, to demonstrations, training and assessment centre and an AGM and public consultation venue.
The room offers the flexibility to enable us to tailor the layout to your needs and focus, whether a public meeting, training course or practical demonstration. Flip charts, projectors and refreshments can all be provided if required, and the room offers its own separate washroom facilities, entrance and pitch side views, as well as private bar.
