The Centurions bring The Martyrs to The Corinium Stadium for FA Cup replay

Merthyr Town 1 - 1 Cirencester Town
The Centurions travelled to The Principality to take on former rivals MERTHYR TOWN in a Second Round Qualifying fixture in The Emirates FA Cup and produced a battling performance to deny their more highly ranked hosts.
The home side opened the scoring mid-way into the first half through RICARDO REES with a composed finish and Cirencester managed to level on the stroke of half time as ADULAI SAMBU converted a cross at the back post.
Cirencester battled throughout the second half to bring The Martyrs back to The Corinium Stadium for a replay at 7.45pm on Tuesday 20th September.
