Two Centurions reach milestones against Cinderford Town
Two more Centurions reached personal performance milestones recently, namely Shayne Anson and Tommy Anderson.
In the match against Cinderford Town on Tuesday 7th December, 2021 Shayne started his150th game for Cirencester (total including Substitute appearances 153, scoring 3 goals) and Tommy his 100th game (total 127, scoring 20 goals).
Defender Shayne 'The Sheriff' Anson first joined Cirencester in 2013 and stayed for a couple of seasons before leaving to become Assistant Manager/Coach at Tuffley Rovers. He also spent a cfew seasons at Evesham United before returning to Cirencester in 2019.
Midfielder/Forward Tommy 'Choppy' Anderson initially joined Cirencester on loan from Forest Green Rovers during the 2017/18 Season and returned permanently the following season.
