Both senior teams away in cup action this weekend
Both of our senior teams face away trips this weekend with both of them involved in cup action.
The First team, under Charlie Griffin, hope to bounce back from the disappointment of crashing out of the FA Cup last weekend, have a seventh away match on the bounce with a trickey away fixture at Thatcham Town in the FA Trophy.
We have played them 7 times over the last 10 years, winning 4 and loosing 1 of the encounters. We last played them during the 2013-14 season when we did the double, winning 8 - 0 on aggregate. We last played them in a cup competition when we defeated them 2 - 1 in the FA Cup during the 2009-10 season.
I am sure that this will be a hotly contested.

Meanwhile the Development Squad, under Alan Lloyd, look to move on following their 14nil thrashing of Tytherington Rocks last weekend, with a Challenge Cup match against Woodley United.
This is our first competative match against Woodley and although it would be fair to say that they havn't had the best start to the season, we wont take them lightly.
