Cirencester Town midfielder signs for Longlevens

Horrell impressed in pre-season after joining the Centurions from Bishop's Cleeve, but after recovering from injury he will rebuild his fitness with the Hellenic League Premier Division side.

Longlevens boss Mark Moore said: "We are really pleased to do another deal with Cirencester and are thankful to Charlie Griffin (manager)."

Horrell is an energetic midfielder, who has a good range of passing and who is not afraid of a tackle.

"Jack arrives looking for some game time and we're only too happy to facilitate this," Moore said.

"It also strengthens us in what is a busy period of games for us at this level of football.

"I am looking forward to working with Jack and getting him some minutes."

It is a double swoop for Longlevens as goalkeeper Tom Kaye has also signed for the club giving competition for current number one Ashley Wintle.

Kaye has previously played for County League sides Gala Wilton and Hardwicke.

Both will go into the squad which welcome Hellenic League high flyers Highworth Town on Wednesday night (7.45pm).
