Former Cirencester Town defender signs new deal with Bristol Rovers

As reported by John Palmer at the Gloucester Echo

Former Cirencester Town load defender Alfie Kilgour has signed a new contract with Bristol Rovers

After spending time on loan with the Centurions last season, the 19 year old suffered a serious cruciate ligament injury in a Gloucestershire Senior Amateur Cup tie in his first game back with his parent club and he has spent the summer working hard on his rehabilitation.

Kilgour, son of ex-Forest Green and Gloucester City favourite Mike, is still a few weeks away from a full recovery, but is looking forward to resuming full-time training

Alfie played 9 times and scored once in his time at the Corinium
