Former Cheltenham Town winger Zack Kotwica has trial at Brighton

Former Cheltenham Town winger Zak Kotwica has been on trial with Championship club Brighton and Hove Albion. The 20-year-old spent the entire 2015/16 season on loan at Cirencester Town in the Premier Division of the Southern League.
Kotwica made his professional debut in the Robins' 2–2 League Two draw with Burton Albion on August 3, 2013. He netted his first goal in a 1-1 draw at Mansfield Town on December 13, 2014, also scoring in a 1-1 home draw with Luton Town.
His last appearance was at AFC Wimbledon in May 2015, the club's final match before relegation to the National League.

Tuffley Rovers appoint 27-year-old Mark Pritchett as their new manager
Tuffley Rovers have appointed former Gloucester City, Bishop's Cleeve, Shortwood United and Cirencester Town defender Mark Pritchett as their new player manager.
Pritchett, 27, becomes one of the youngest – if not the youngest – senior team manager in the Hellenic League, having held off competition from four other candidates to take the post. He has appointed Shayne Anson as his assistant manager with a third member of the management team to be announced in the near future.
Rovers' chairman Neil Brinkworth said that the appointment may be seen as something of a gamble, but having taken an extensive recruitment exercise, he is certain they have got the right man,
"We had some very good candidates, some with experience and others who offered a completely different skill-set", said Brinkworth. "However, we are sure that this appointment is right for the club, as we are appointing a young manager, with good experience playing at a higher level. Mark has good contacts in local football, as well as a sound knowledge of the existing playing squad, which will be important as we plan for the season ahead. Mark has a winning mentality and although he is a fairly quiet lad, he demonstrated good leadership skills when we interviewed him, we are absolutely confident that he will be a good manager, both in the short-term and for the foreseeable future."
Rovers had interviewed five candidates earlier this week and held a second meeting with Pritchett before reaching their final decision over who to replace Warren Evans.
Pritchett has experience playing under many of the current Gloucestershire managers during his time playing in the Southern League. He is hoping that the experience of working with Brian Hughes, Paul Collicutt and Alex Sykes will help him as he takes his first steps into management.
"Although I will be new to the role of manager, I feel my playing experience, everything I have learned playing under some fantastic managers and my knowledge of the game could be a huge asset to the club, going forward", said Pritchett. I'm really pleased to be appointed as the Rovers' manager and very much look forward to tackling the challenges ahead. I'm delighted the club have shown their support by offering this opportunity."
Tuffley finished in one of the four relegation places in the Hellenic Premier Division but they seem set to retain their place in the division.
