Special message from the Chairman
'As with every presentation evening at the end of the season there are always too many people thank for their support and help throughout the year.
There is one person who I missed out of my speech on the weekend who deserves special recognition and that is Dave Pyzer.
Dave spends countless hours raising money for the football club doing the bonus ball lottery and yet again has raised a lot of money which we are extremely grateful for. Not a lot of you will realise how time consuming this job is. Dave has to meet the council, apply for the relevant licenses, chase everyone's payments, producing all of the literature and ensuring that all prize money is paid out in a timely manner which in all is no easy task.
On top of the fine job Dave does with the lottery, he also produces a fantastic match report for every single game (home and away) and he regularly posts the reports on the website within hours of each game finishing! Dave is a great supporter of the team, as well as the club, and only missed one game all season which in itself is a fantastic achievement.
Thank you for everything you have done Dave, we really appreciate it and volunteers like you help run this club and make it what it is'
