Ten man Cirencester hold on for a point against FromeTown.

Cirencester Town  1 - 1  Frome Town

The Centurions managed to survive a late push from Frome Town to secure a point after Mark Pritchett was sent off with 8 minutes remaining.

Frome started quickly but it was Cirencester’s Adam Connolly who had the first pot at goal and despite plenty of effort neither side managed to score during the opening period.

The home side opened the scoring in the 63rd minute when ZACK KOTWICA converted a penalty - awarded after Ross Langworthy was held back as he attempted to reach the rebound from his header against the post.

Seven minutes later Frome equalised when a neat back-heel from Mitchell Page released DAN CLEVERLEY in the penalty area and he placed his shot inside the left post.

The visitors nearly took all the points in added time, when Cirencester were down to 10 men, as the ball was headed against the bar from 3 yards and the follow-up shot blocked close to the goal-line.
