Much changed Cirencester return from Bideford with a point.
Bideford 1 - 1 Cirencester Town
The Centurions travelled to Devon for this mid-week league fixture against Bideford.
Following the heavy defeat at the hands of Dunstable Town in the previous match Manager Brian Hughes made a number of changes to his starting eleven as he included everyone that was on the bench for that game.
In addition Matt Liddiard, who has re-signed for the club on a dual registration basis with Gloucester City, started in midfield.
The changes had an immediate impact as Cirencester dominated the early play with Matt Liddiard and Ross Langworthy prominent.
It was no surprise that Cirencester took the lead in the 22nd minute when Langworthy crossed from the right and CHARLIE GRIFFIN pounced to powerfully head home from the edge of the 6 yard box.
The second half was a more balanced affair and BILLY TUCKER equalised for Bideford from the penalty spot midway through the half.
In the closing minutes of the game both sides pushed forward looking for a winner and play became a little frantic but the scoreline remained level.
