Cirencester and Hitchin unable to open their account in a match that had plenty of endeavour but no goals.

Cirencester Town 0 - 0 Hitchin Town
This was a game played at a frantic pace resulting in a scrappy encounter that failed to reach the levels of the mid-week match.
Hitchin Town were lively throughout and the Cirencester defence needed to be resolute to ensure a clean sheet. Glyn Garner did extremely well to deny Jonny McNamara in a 1 v 1 in the last quarter.

The Centurions next match is away at PAULTON ROVERS on Tuesday 18th August with a 7.30 p.m. kick-off.
