Centurions beat Royal Wootton Bassett Town in latest pre-season friendly
Pre-Season Friendly
Cirencester Town 2 - 1 Royal Wootton Bassett Town
Former tenants Royal Wootton Bassett Town who play in the Premier Division of the Hellenic League were the latest visitors to the Corinium Stadium for a pre-season friendly.
Paul Braithwaite brought his young side, including recent signings Sam Packer, Dan Comer and Matt Cheetham, to their home for the last couple of seasons to check progress on the integration of his new recruits and will no doubt have been pleased with what he saw despite the result.
Cirencester started with a strong eleven as they prepare for the league season in eleven days time.

The Centurions final pre-season friendly is at home to Forest Green Rovers on Saturday 1st August with an early kick off time of 2.00 p.m. so why not come along and encourage the lads against their Vanarama National League opponents.
