EVO-STIK Southern League Consitution
After a week of turmoil the FA made a last ditch decision that Winchester City, who finished second to Petersfield Town in the Wessex Premier Division, should be promoted to fill the vacancy left in Division One South & West by Flackwell Heath's decision to turn down the opportunity.
This means the final consitution for the Premier Division is as follows:
