First Team hold Bristol Rovers to a well-deserved draw in first Pre-Season Friendly

Cirencester Town 1 - 1 Bristol Rovers
On Tuesday evening, Cirencester Town opened our pre-season friendly schedule with an entertaining match at home to Bristol Rovers.
Ciren had the better of the first half playing some really good football but the score at half time was 0-0.
With both sides making several substitutions in the second half the game became disjointed. Rovers went ahead in the 59th minute through Lawson D'Ath and Ed Williams equalised for Ciren on 80 mins.

On Saturday 12th July, Ciren entertain League Two side Newport County who enjoyed a 4-2 victory this evening at Evesham United. Kick off is at 3pm.
