First Team at home to AFC Portchester in FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round

Having won away at Banbury United on Saturday in the previous round, Cirencester Town have now been drawn at home to AFC Portchester in the Second Round Qualifying stage of the FA Cup sponsored by Budweiser. 

The tie will be palyed at 3pm on Saturday 28th September 2013, and our home league against Paulton Rovers, arranged for that date, will have to be re-arranged

Portchester play in the Wessex League Premier division and progressed to this Round with a comprehensive 5-0 away win at Horndean who play in the same divison as Portchester.

In the Preliminary Round they won 1-0 away at Godalming Town who, like Ciren, play in the Calor League Division 1 South & West.

Portchester's manager is Graham Rix the former Arsenal midfielder, and they currently lie in 6th place in their division.
