North Leigh defeat our First Team with strong second half performance

After our encouraging opening day away win at Mangotsfield United on Saturday, our First Team were brought back down to earth by North Leigh on Tuesday who had four former Centurions in their ranks, with Wayne Turk and Jon Else starting the match and Zak Westlake and Toby Clarke being unused substitutes

The first half of the match was very even, resulting in a 0-0 scoreline at half time.

However, after Ciren started the second half brightly, North Leigh began to take control of the match and came out deserved 3-1 winners with striker, John Mills, scoring a hatrick. Matt Sysum scored Ciren's goal.
