Under 10s win away at Severnside
Cotswold Youth League
Severnside Nuclear U10s 2 - 5 Cirencester Town U10s
Cirencester were away to Severnside Nuclear in the Cotswold Youth League.
Maybe Cirencester took Severnside for granted as previously in the season Cirencester were comfortable 6-2 winners. However Severnside came out all guns firing and, although Cirencester played the better football, Severnside went 1-0 up.
Cirencester pulled one back when a Harvey Lloyd corner went in off the keeper. Severnside again took the lead and went in leading 2-1 at half time.
As the second half started, Cirencester stepped up a gear and at last started competing. Jack Laughlan scored an excellent hat trick and Miles Arnold scored a brilliantly executed goal.
A game which could have gone either way turned into another Cirencester win with the full time score 5-2 in Cirencesters favour.
