Town sign up Will
Following a successful 6 week trial at the Swindon Town Centre of Excellence Cirencester Town Centurions Under 12 midfielder Will Davidson has been rewarded with a contract at the Football League Two side's Centre.
Centurions Coach Neil Brown said
"This is the third Cirencester player in as many years from this age group to have achieved this status, hence as his coach I am well chuffed"
On signing Will up Centre of Excellence Director at Swindon, Jeremy Newton stated
"Will did really well during his trial and looks like he has an eye for goal which is a good attribute for a midfielder in the modern game. There are some rough edges for us to work on and iron out but we are looking forward to working with him and helping him develop further."
Although the club is obviously disappointed to lose him its also great to think that Cirencester Town Football Club has helped in his development and wish him all the best in the future.
