Brian gives his views on our FA Trophy win at home to Leatherhead
Read Brian Hughes' views on our impressive 3-1 win at home to Leatherhead on Saturday in Danny Hall's latest Gaffer Tapes interview:
"We started very well, got a good goal and then rather went into our shells. We stopped being as expressive as we were at the start, but I was happy enough to be 1-0 up the break.
In the second half, I thought we picked them off and I was quite comfortable.
Jon Else shows unbelievable quality in training and that goal was right up there – it was a fine strike.
Maybe the first penalty was a bit lucky – some say it had gone out of play – but the second was cast iron...."
