Read Brian's Views on our Win Away at Redditch
Brian Hughes has given his views on our convincing 2-0 win away at Redditch United on Saturday in Danny Hall's latest Gaffer Tapes interview:
"That was much more like the Cirencester Town I know, but the first win has been a long time coming.
We went about it in a different way and I thought we were very good value for the win.
We were 4-3-3 going forward, with Mike Tambling, who showed a lot of energy, and new signing Jon Else supporting David Murphy from the wide areas, and 4-5-1 when we were defending.
Jon is a natural wide man and did well on his debut. He has got plenty of trickery and I am glad we were able to entice him to come as he has a good pedigree....."
