Presentation To Brian Davis
On Christmas Eve, club stalwart Brian Davis celebrated his 70th birthday.
After our home match against Taunton Town on Saturday, our Chairman Steve Abbley presented Brian with a blue crystal goblet and a Cirencester Town coat with his initials on it to celebrate this "milestone".
He also thanked Brian for his support of the club for over 40 years, initially as a well-respected player and later as Club Secretary and committee member for many years.
In recent times, Brian and his wife Rita have headed up the Boardroom hospitality on matchdays, along with Ken and Pam Chapman and Rachael Flanagan, so successfully that visiting club directors often say that our Club is one that they always look forward to visiting.
