Read Brian's Views On Our Cup Win Against North Leigh

Brian Hughes has given his views on our FA Cup win at home to North Leigh on Sunday in Danny Hall's latest Gaffer Tapes interview:

"It was a decent match; we played well in the first half and took a pounding in the second.

We defended well – Lyndon Tompkins and Chris Thompson did a good job as the central defensive partnership.

Tim Grigg, our physio, had just come back from two weeks on a course in Lilleshall and did not like the look of Neil Griffiths’ knee so he was not risked as he could have done more serious damage.

We gave away too many free kicks and at 1-1 there only looked like one winner – and it wasn’t us. I would have taken a replay at that stage......"
