Read Brian's Views On The Truro Match
Brian Hughes has given his views on Tuesday's 3-0 home defeat to big spending Truro City in Danny Hall's latest Gaffer Tapes interview:
"I felt sorry for the boys because they did not deserve to lose 3-0. In fact, we were the best side in the first half.
Truro obviously have quality throughout the whole side but they did not have a shot on goal in the first half and we had a couple of chances when Browny and Jody tested their keeper.
Then a great bit of quality from Barry Hayles set Truro off and running. I was directly behind him and he did not have much to shot at, but he curled the ball really well into the bottom corner...."
