Latest Player News

We can confirm that Julian Alsop has left the club and is currently talking to Bishops Cleeve about the possibility of playing for them.

In the meantime, Brian has put in seven days' notice for a striker who has previously played for us. The notice period expires today and Brian hopes to come to an agreement with the player shortly.

We can also confirm that Lee Stevens was the subject of an approach from AFC Totton, a former club of Lee's, and that he will be rejoining them.

Jamie Reid has confirmed that, although Gloucester City are keen to take him back after his short spell with us, he is happy playing at Ciren and he will be staying with us.

Lastly, Nathan Haisley has let Brian know that, due to personal circumstances, he does not want to be considered for selection for the team in the forseeable future. Nathan is a particular favourite of the Ciren fans, and all of us at the Club would like to thank him for his significant contributions to our cause and we wish him well as he deals with the next few months.
